The 24th Street Loft is an elegant, bright, 4,500 sq. ft. loft space well known in the film and photo industry in the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. North, South and West exposures make for gorgeous light throughout the day, and stunning views at night. Featuring a modern, home-like setting, professional kitchen and lots of props, it is the ideal space if you are looking for a more intimate atmosphere for your event. Alternatively, all furniture can be moved aside for a more ’raw’ look. Elegant, white curtains can be drawn if you prefer a completely white and neutral space, creating perfect conditions for daylight presentations.

•There are 2 passenger elevators plus a freight elevator with a curbside entrance.

•We also have access to ample electricity with a 3-phase 400 amp tie-in.

•Wireless internet, easily accessible by public transportation, next door parking available.
