230 FIFTH is an Award Winning and Manhattan’s largest Penthouse and year-round heated Rooftop Garden capable of hosting all types of Receptions from Cocktail Receptions to Buffets to Formal Seated Affairs from as few as 30 guests up to 1,000+.
 
The Penthouse, as well as two other smaller, but equally impressive indoor spaces, all with floor-to-ceiling picture windows and breathtaking Manhattan skyline views, are fully furnished with an elegant, upscale lounge décor but can be re-set in many formats to accommodate the needs of our clients.
