►New World Center - Opened January 2011

The New World Center was drawn-up by renown architect Frank Gehry, who also designed America's tallest residential structure at 8 Spruce Street (Downtown Manhattan).  Needless to say, the New World Center project was no small undertaking for Mr. Ghery.  The venue boasts numerous spaces for events including a performance hall (with a 7,000 sq ft projection wall) 24 multi-purpose rehearsal rooms, and a 2.5 acre public park.  Each room features a special architectural flair intended to invoke the "laboratory" in which music is produced.
