Great Places Hosts Cocktail Reception at Hotel Indigo’s Glass Bar

On Thursday May 13th, Great Places hosted an event planner exclusive cocktail reception at Glass Bar, Hotel Indigo’s newly opened rooftop venue in Chelsea.  The reception as an enormous success as 250 guests across the event industry were in attendance.
 
Hotel Indigo’s newly unveiled Glass Bar is truly an ideal rooftop space.  Dubbed by Urban Daddy as the “roof for a rainy day” Glass Bar is covered by (you guessed it) a glass roof.  On beautiful days such as today, the sides are open air, but on a dreary or rainy evening the sides are covered with a transparent waterproof covering to shield guests from the elements.   The space can function as a “safer bet” for rooftop events.  The 122 room Hotel Indigo also recently unveiled its on-site restaurant called Blu.
