Hello and welcome to Great Places’ new blog for our On The Radar column!!

Its been a cool June, but global warming dictates that it’s gonna get warmer.  Therefore, as the weather heats up outside Great Places will continue to “break a sweat” relentlessly searching for the most up to date venue information for the event planning community.  Each week we will post fresh and pertinent information for event planners within this blog.  Any hot new openings? What about outdoor spaces? Where are the celebs frequenting? You’ll be the first to know!
 
Whats the purpose of the blog? I’ll post news about new venues I’m working on BEFORE I post them to Great Places website!  I’ll also provide some gossip about different venues that celebrities are frequenting, something that isn’t posted on our website.  Talk about being on the cutting edge about the coolest places!!
