The Gatehouse

Since a renovation and restoration in 2006, Harlem Stages’ Gatehouse space has served as a beautiful performing arts venue in Harlem. The Gatehouse, formerly a 19th century water pumping station, possesses the exterior of a stately castle and the interior of a grand theatre. The 2,900 square foot venue, which features surprising views of lower Manhattan, can accommodate up to 192 guests for private events. The Gatehouse is perfect for lectures, cocktail receptions, fundraising events, and film shoots.
