Event Planner cross-section! 92YTribeca Facilities

The introduction of 92Y Tribeca in 2008, proved to be the perfect addition to the explosively expanding neighborhood of Tribeca.  This venue capacious 12,500 sq foot size can meet your entire event planning needs accommodating anywhere from 10-500 guests.  Below is a cross section of the space.
 
Cafe 92Y Tribeca:
This space can accommodate up to 70 (47 seated) and is approximately 840 sq feet.  The Cafe 92Y Tribeca can serves an eclectic variety of coffee house delights including home made rice pudding and seasoned bread sticks.
 
The Gallery:
The 92YTribeca Gallery can seat up to 16 or accommodate 40 for a cocktail reception.  This space has a modern simplicity ensconcing the guest with various pieces of abstract art.
 
The Screening Room:
Of course given this venue’s prime location, a screening room was an absolute must.  Fortunately, the designers at 92YTribeca installed an 850 sq foot theatre that can accommodate up to 72 people.  The cinema room has Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound as well as projection screen that can be connected to a laptop.  Perfect for a medium sized corporate presentation.
 
Lecture and Seminar Rooms:
Approximately 800 sq foot and can hold up to 105 guests.  This space has programmable loud speakers, a podium with a microphone plus a large NEC NP-4000 projector.
 
Music/Event Space:
Of course 92YTribeca wouldn’t be complete with out a 2,150 sq foot music club and event space.  This space can fit up to 279 for private events and features a state of the art Yamaha sound system that rivals most NYC club scenes.  Not too shabby!!
